This entry is a followup to: 334371

Carlos will make a more detailed entry since he took notes of the runs
taken and results.
Basically we tried to narrow the problems on the bottom crate.
We read out each board by itself with the pulser and looked shifts in the
data. 3 boards out of 6 behaved correctly, we will try to check if those
boards have some hardware issues in the DAQ Lab.
