Rates are 65Hz/uA with the table at x=70.3mm, y=0.0mm (out of the photon beam), with HV=-1450V, beam current 10uA; 1.5kHz/uA with the table at x=70.3, y=20.0 (where y=43mm is centered on the photon beam).
On the other hand, it really does look like the TFA has a slight rate dependent DC offset!
