We uncabled all the ARS to have a small modification made to the boards,
following the advice of Ben Raydo we shorted two inductances which were
on the VME supply voltages. This could have caused some problem because
of some small voltage spikes generated by each signal on the bus.
We also upgraded the firmware to version E14 which suppots 2eVMEsst which
should increase the data transfer speed by a factor of 3 or 4.

We recabled the ARS and took a LED scan run.

There was one issue with one board which could not be recognized by the
JTAG programmer Ben came in a fixed it, there was a small short caused by
    the previous soldering.

The LED scan is being more deeply analyzed but at first glance everything
is working so we will take the beam.

I modified the crl files for ROC17 and ROC14 to read in 2eVMEsst, it
seemed we had about 7% deadtime at 300 Hz during the LED run.
