Here I state what is the new deadtime calculation. This affects
both datamon and the halog end-run (see fig 1).
DT = 1 - (T5 / (T10 + T7))
Appendix :
What was calculated before today:
Datamon: DT = 1 - (T5/T10)
Halog end-run DT = (T10-T5) - 1
They had the same sign but different denominator, and both
ignored T7. My understanding is that T7 is relatively new
and cannot be prescaled by the Trig. Super.
