s1 paddle appears to be 2% inefficint in comparing T3 & T4 events with good tracking and cerenkov cuts.
From Amplitude and time distributions
s1.lt[4], s1.la[4], s1.rt[4], s1.ra[4]
It seems that the inefficiency is only in left PMT 4 NOT the Right as summerized in log entry# 336663
In both figures the two-top plots from run8302 and the bottom ones from run 8509.
