keyword=Compton rates for today 11-16It was too beautiful to be true: the compton rates went back very bad after this beam study: at 1575V and y = 43mm, the rates ar already 6kHz/uA, which is already way too high. I do not wnat to imagine what would it be at 1675V (and I don't want to fry the PMT).
Compton production is suspended, and I would advise some beam tuning (which may be doable during next beam study.)
