For the Loop 2 (HP 30 W), which is not under the beam now, the HP can drop to 8 Watts as 15K temperature rises and then increase to 30Watts as 15K supply temperature goes down. One should monitor this by opening and closing the JT valve. The heater power drop corresponds to 15K supply demperature bump near -20 minutis.
