Following on the lumi plot, one of the problem is that the bcm_average variable used to normalize the lumis has a junk value for the first 14000 events of the run (see Fig. 1). I checked the archive (Fig 2) and there was beam during the first 10 min of the run (run started at 9:10 AM). So the beam and the EPICS variable are OK. However, our BMC scalers are not read for the first 14000 events (Fig 3). Actually, none of the scalers, either left (eg. BCM) or right (eg. lumis) are read during that time (I checked a few variables with similar results as Fig. 3).
