The beam condition today was very bad. It looked like we were scraping something with the beam and have a lot of nonpolarized and uncorrelated electrons. Without ion chamber trips and Moller detector overloading we can run only 0.5 uA with 1 micron thick target foil (instead of 3 uA on 4 microns foils in usual situation). The ratio of the single arm rate to the coincidence rate was 10-60 instead of 2-3! All rates were very unstable. We tried to change Moller targets and to adjust the beam position on the target and MCC also tried to steer the beam but everything was useless. The rates were the same for both new and old Moller DAQs. So we decided to stop the moller measurement in Hall A.
