keyword=info about network change from B. Hess

Below is a message from Bryan Hess (network expert) about the Compton /
HRS interference problem. It seems to be a hardware problem with the
network router. It may be investigated further after the experiment,
assuming we can get by with these changes

    ----------- From Bryan ------------------------

This morning's debugging work with halla-rtr resulted in the following
    change:

We inserted a 6 port GBIC blade into halla-rtr slot 5. Because there are
only 6 ports, this card is capable of wire speed on
every port. We added this line card because we suspect that something is
not right with blade 6. We moved the uplinks for
halla-labyrinth-sw to a new 2Gbit port channel compsoed of Gi5/
    1 and Gi5/2.

After this change we did not see the dependency between compton DAQ and
    the spectrometer DAQ any longer.

If we see anything else weird we will pull out blade 6 and replace it
with a second 6-port GBIC blade.
