Per request of Carlos, the script that governs data file deletion from
the adaql2 disks is now more aggressive, meaning the data are deleted
after a shorter time interval.  This will reduce the probability of
running out of disk, but of course it means the data won't linger 
for as long a time.  

Let's see if we can survive 5.5 more days of DVCS.
