I moved the cables from the TS on the BigBite weldment from ROC 8 to ROC 10.
This is more important for BigBite since it has the capability of multiple
triggers. The trigger latch pattern cables are now connected to
ROC 10 in Slot 23 channels 0-11 for the prescaled bits and 13-24 for the
latched bits with the following map:
