After consulting with Zhihong, the ADC gate electronics has been changed back to something similar to its previous configuration. It is now located in the bottom NIM module in RR2. It uses a Quad Logic Module as a fanout, with an ECL-NIM-ECL module to translate the L1A signal from ECL to NIM to go into the Logic module, and then from NIM back to ECL to go down to the front of the ADC modules.
(Also, for completeness, the V/F converter for the luminosity monitors has been moved over one slot to make room for the setup described above.)
