When I was setting up the EDTM timing between s1 and s2m on the right HRS,
I found that the cabling was incorrect. Channels 1-6 contained S1-1L
through S1-6L. Then channels 7 and 8 were skipped, and S1-1R through
S1-6R were in channels 9-14. One problem is that channels 13-16 do not
have an EDTM pulser signal output. Also the signal outputs are rotated so
that channels 1 and 2 are linked, 3 and 4 are linked etc. In this setup,br> the EDTM pulser would never form a trigger in the AND of left and right
PMTs for S1.

I assume this has been setup this way since at least APEX ran.

I recabled the S1 EDTM as follows:

I am fairly confident that the S1 EDTM is also miscabled on the left HRS.
