    Did the following:

    1. Cleaned up the databases (MSQL and AFECS) to delete the
    many test configs. This will hopefully reduce confusion.

    2. Fixed the problem of run number synchronization. It's an
    ugly problem whereby the MSQL can get out of synch with Run Control
    GUI. The only way I know to do to fix this reliably is to edit both
    the sessions table in MSQL and the controlSessions.xml in the
    appropriate COOL directory. Ugh ! Somehow I have a feeling this
    run # synch problem will happen again. As for which run number is
    correct: it's always the one in the Output File name (which is also
    in MSQL and is recorded in the file itself in the standard way).

    3. Reset the run number for 1031. This is for Bigbite session.

    4. Did a few runs to check that DAQ still works.

    Remember:

    Only the THREEARM config works now. Need to share it. Use a
    prescaled mix of triggers, sufficient to make everyone happy.
    THREEARM is the config that comes up by default, normally.
