Looking at the raw data, it appears that the four F1 modules in ROC5 are being read in OK. There are header/trailer words appearing for every event and there is one actual hit per event, in channel 33 of slot 15, which is the reference time. I don't see any hits corresponding to BB scintillators, but no effort has been made to time them in. The current F1 configuration is a latency of 600ns and window of 500ns. If the trigger is comming less than 100ns after the inputs (or after), then we wouldn't expect to see any hits. (Or maybe the events I am looking at were not triggered by BigBite.)
