I need to swap the LeCroy 4518 mod 100 in the weldment of bbcamac1 in 
slot 14 with a 300 mod.  Zhihong graciously donated this module from the 
right HRS, which used to be used for the L1A before we united the DAQs.

The 300 mod has the capability of 128 ns of delay.  I needed this delay to
set the relative timing pulses for the EDTM between left and right arms.  
Typically this is done with the master EDTM, but for this experiment BB is 
the master and I can only control the relative timing between the BB pulser
and the copies sent to the HRS's.  I cannot control the relative timing
between the HRS's this way.  Hence the need for the longer delay module at
the weldment.  I have tested the module and now I am ready to setup to the
coincidence timing between HRS's.
