keyword=E08-008 Coincidence setup (more to follow)

Today I simulated (with the EDTM pulser) the coincidence trigger between
left and right arms as we will run during the Deuteron-threshold
experiment with 3.14 GeV electrons in right arm and about 450 MeV
protons in the left arm. These are the slowest protons for all the
measurements we do this winter/spring. The TOF difference between the
two arms is about 113 ns.

For this setup, I adjusted the width of T3 to be 140 ns and the width of
T1 to be 50 ns. The width of T3 (protons) is a conservative number and
can be reduced once we are certain the timing is correct. I found I had
to delay T1 (electrons) by about 170 ns to come about 50 ns after T3.
