This entry is a followup to: 346338

I updated the t1_delay script to delay T1 appropriately at the weldment to
form the coincidence between left and right HRS in the 4518/300 unit.

The script is located in a-onl/bbite/bin/t1_delay

Usage:

./t1_delay Chan0 Chan3

where Chan0 is the delay value in ns for channel 0 and Chan3 is the delay
value in ns for channel 3, i.e., T1 goes into channel 0 is delayed and is
routed through channel 3 for additional delay.

For D-threshold, the setting should be

./t1_delay 120 32

This will delay T1 wrt to T3 by about 150 ns so that T1 is about 38 ns
after the falling edge of the T3 signal.  I reduced the settings from
the post I made last night.  In time, I will make a script that
automatically downloads the trigger for each coincidence kinematic.

I will update a similar script for T3 for when T3 is the electron arm.
