The EDTM system has been setup for HAND.  I have taken a copy of the EDTM
for BigBite and sent it through the programmable delay module (up to
128 ns).  I then sent this signal to a mixed logic module to fan-out copies
of the EDTM pulser to the test input on the back panel of each HAND 
discriminator.  

The HAND ADCs and TDCs should now have EDTM pulses imbedded into the Data,
since they will form T7 triggers.
