    This entry is a followup to: 346857

    keyword=(CODA) new afecs-1.3.jar

    Vardan from the DAQ group gave us a new afecs-1.3.jar file
    in $AFECS_HOME. One will need to restart the DAQ to enjoy
    this improvement. There's some understanding that it may
    fix the missing end-run and sometimes start-run entries.
