After a quick check of the right arm's shower connections, the following was observed: 1) Channel 10 was physically disconnected from the patch-panel in the first level of the hut. 2) Channel 69 appears to have been misconnected in the patch-panel, as it is connected to a completely different cable from its neighbors (ie, channels 68 and 70). 3) A look at the back of the HV crate shows that the HV cable for channel 67 is not connected. 4) Looking at the HV GUI, it was discovered that many channels were not powered up: 7, 67, 69, 77, 78, 79. It is not known if these channels tripped off or were turned off for a reason. At this time, no action has been taken to rectify these possible mistakes, as the reasoning behind the actions are not known, but they should probably be corrected before beam studies are done this afternoon.
