We reverted back to the settings this morning, since the data we took then
was fine.  If we made the change to the chosen setting, the timing peaks 
for HAND would have shifted by 40 ns.  This was an unneeded complication
to the analysis of the data.  So it was decided in consulation with Ran to
go back to the earlier settings.
