    I analysed the neutron detection efficency for bars 1-6 of layer 1.
    The neutron detection efficiency is about 0.4% which is reasenable, when taking into acount thir size.

    The problem is their signal to BG ratio of 0.007.
    Note, normal bars are at about 0.4-0.5
