I checked the L1A signal sent from TS at wieldman and found that the signal is very close to the retiming signal (only less than 10ns early). I don't know whether it is because the delay of L1A has been changed before it is sent to L-HRS. I reduce the delay values in the delay module Slot2.17(channel #9) from 64ns to 24 ns.
