I was also relayed orders to remove triggers T6 and T7 from the trigger 
supervisor input during D-threshold.  The simplest way to do this is to 
removed the inputs to the level-translator.  Hence triggers T6 and T7
are not going to be in the scalers or TDCs either.

This ensures there will be no influence from these high rate triggers on 
the D-threshold data taking.
