The detector map posted for the vdcB test has 464 instead of 368 channels. It uses the undefined crate/slot 1/11. The original R.u1 detector map doesn't have the line with slot 11. I'm not surprised you see differences.
Unfortunately, I can't tell from here what you've plugged in where down in the hall, but I can tell you with pretty high certainty that the software is working just fine, provided the detector maps are correct.
