I have updated the scaler.map file for the analyzer in the $DB_DIR 
directory.  Prior to making the changes, I backed up the scaler.map file as
scaler.map_022211

This mostly involved taking into account the necessary changes Bob made in
the goxscaler directory.  I also updated the output.odef file for the
current replay to fix some of the channel assignments in the output for
the analyzer.  As far as I can tell, the scalers are being output correctly.

There is still the unpleasant error messages about the cratemap file. 
Perhaps, we can get Ole to fix this bug.
