I check the following empty shower counters by looking at the signals
from cables directly connecting to PMTs:
sh.40,41,73,75:  see signals in the scope
sh.77,78: can not see signals from scope, HVs are on, so PMTs might be bad.

Move cables:
sh.65~80: ROC1.24: 0~15 to ROC1.24:48~63
sh.33~48: ROC1.25:16~31 to ROC1.25:48~63

I will update the map soon.
