Since the timing for the HAND ADC's was tight, I removed about 30 ns of
delay on the ADC gate and common stop signals.  This of course will cause
the timing peaks in the TDCs to shift about 30 ns later, since the stop 
will come earlier.  If preferred, I could add 30 ns back to the stop and
only remove it from the gate.
