    L-HRS bogie became unresponsive. When we tried to invoke the
    control by hand (wish < mHRSleft) it said "connection timed out".
    The standard script hides this because the error goes to /dev/null.

    We also cleaned up about 20 hanging "wish" processes on hacsbc2.

    So we Searched for "reboot bogie" on Hall A page (JLab Google) and
    came up with instructions on DVCS page, rebooted, and are moving
    the L-HRS now to 23 degrees.
