The Intel CPU has been removed from ROC 1 and the VxWorks CPU has been
put back in. I modified the startcoda scripts to encorporate the old CPU.
I will also modify the CODA run configurations for the old CPU today. 

I tested the CPU on the RightHRS configuration and everything was working.
