fast raster change:
off->1.5x0.7->1.5x1.5->2x2->3x3->4x4->5x5->6x6->off
the attenuate offset for big size raster is not enough(cut in 0), and for bigger than 5x5 size fast raster the adc is saturated, so the attenuate for fast raster need to change
