I did the VDC time calibration, and updated the DB file for both arms.

For some reason, the first line of matrix element in db_R.vdc.dat has
been changed, which caused the R.tr.th distribution shifted a lot. I
changed it back to the right value. Now the R.tr.th pattern looks normal.
But low efficiency issue is still there.
