    At 8 am meeting, Yves lead a discussion and formed a plan:
    First do a harp scan to cross check the BPMs. This also checkout the harps. After that will ve in controlled access for them to check a number of things: survey BPM position, check FZ2 field, etc.

    Hall back to beam permit now and James ramped up the target field back to 2.5 T and MCC is working on get beam to the hall and then do harp scan.
