    keyword=possible scaler map problem

    We noticed (fig 1) that bcm_u1 and bcm_d1 count zero rate
    on the R-HRS. See the 17th and 18th channel. There are no
    other channels with the string "bcm" in them.

    This could be because the scaler.map file is wrong, or the BCMs
    are unplugged, or ... lots of possibilities.

    In fact, it makes me wonder if we are checking scalers at all (?)
    and if we know we are measuring charge (we assume this matters).
    Min, our SL, tried analyzing offline and got a similar result: don't
    know the charge on R-HRS.

    One reason to check data offline is that even if the halog end-run
    scaler info is screwed up, one can in principle recover by analyzing
    the data offline.

    Ideally, the experiment checks BCM signals at the start of the
    experiment through a standard procedure. Hopefully it was done
    and we're just mixed up here ...
