failed to increment. It shows 23386. But we are writing to run
23387, as expected.
Notice that the Output File in runcontrol says its run 23387.
It looks like a casualty of the "too many databases" problem.
One database for runcontrol and another for the rest of CODA.
They can get out of synch.
Doing a kcoda/startcoda should fix this.

Fig 2 -- info about the files. they seem ok.
After this run, we will "startcoda" for R-HRS.
This is a different disease from earlier when we had duplicate
files. But maybe it is related ?
