16:00 Shift started with Moller measurement.
20:30 Moller finished. Moved target to bottom cell and let target expert
to make a new baseline.
20:45 Start the beam recovery procedure. The final setting we used are
0.65V(1.49cm) on Y and 0.90V(2.24cm) on X with slow raster on.
21:30 Moved to bottom cell and start to polarize it.
22:00 Target polarized to 44.8%, we began production.
24:00 Shift ended with smooth production.
