keyword=beam current stabilityWe seem to get periods of time when the beam current flucuates by a large amount (well, at least relative to other periods). Not positive, but there may be a correlation with the 3rd arm deadtime getting larger by a few percent during these periods (hard to tell). I wonder if we are close to some aperture?
