first pic is in C12-40 target,run is 41654
position is: (1.19472 -4.47625) (0.763163 -3.64002)
offset is: 13754-12384=1370
second pic is in dummy target,run is 41653
position is:(1.35351 -4.38134) (0.371064 -3.55642)
offset is: 23231-21861=1370
third pic is in NH3-bottom target,run is 41652
position is:(1.47144 -4.63794) (0.355706 -3.68324)
offset is: 32844-31476=1368
So, these three pictures are in the same position,same target offset, but it hits the target cell a lot in C12-40 target, hits a little in dummy target, clean in NH3-bottom target.
