Initial frequency for top cup was based on final frequency for previous material in bottom cup, which had been irriadiated for a long time.
Increasing the frequency from 69977 to 69987 at around 16:00 reduced the decay rate. Use higher frequencies than final of previous material to start polarizing fresh or newly annealed material.
