keyword=retiming flaw on H-arm (fatal)
A piece of electronics that does "retiming" on H-arm was faulty.
We'll try to fix or replace it tomorrow. The observed effect on the
data is that for all electron arm triggers, the H-arm fastbus will report
"missing gates" and will not read out. This is fatal because the helicity
information is only available on the H-arm. I don't know if this affected
much of our data, but it would appear in data analysis as "corrupt
synchronization" even though it is not corrupt synch.
