and the Hadron arm central angle of 23.7 degrees is shown.
Assuming 100 million elastic events the stat. error of our elastic measurement
will be 0.0001. Taking into account the typical 70% beam polarization and 30%
target polarization, this corresponds to a stat. error of 0.00047 on the scale of the
plot which is done assuming 100% beam and target polarizations.
From the plot a change of 0.00011/MeV in analyzing power
can be seen.

Note: only about 30% of the events in the hadron arm are in the elastic peak which
which is why there are only about 100 M elastic events.
