    Hmmm.... During run 1984 we saw massive deadtime again.
    Fluctuations 20 to 80%. I tried killing xscaler. Didn't help much.
    Look at process list, see a tar backup (it is a weekly backup I do
    on Sunday owl). Killed this. It helped, but still abnormal (20-50%).
    See backups to MSS running. Killed this. Deadtime normal.
    Now in runs 1985, 1986 deadtime is normal. Moral of story:
    Don't run ANYTHING EXCEPT CODA on adaqs2. I started
    xscaler on adaqh2. Not sure what to do about MSS backups...
    maybe we really need a dual ported RAID disk setup, like hall B.
