Beam conditions: 3.407 GeV, linac = 0.420 MeV, Wien angle 28.0o, the laser phase 4.o.
The beam polarization:-65.8+/-0.2(stat)+/-3.0(syst) -2(Wien filter messed up)%. (1/2 wave plate OUT). It turned out that during the measurement the Wien filter
settings were changed, which increased the observed polarization by 2%.
    Mott: 73.0 (+/- 0.5 rel.stat.) (+/-3.sys)% (see ELOG).
    Full information: here.

There are 2 references to the linac's energy:
    0.4200 GeV - medm
    0.4185 GeV - EPICS
The difference in the spin angle between these 2 cases is about 20 deg.
The Wien setting seems to be based on the EPICS value.
Our measurement and the Mott result favors the medm value .
