    Comments: Start of the shift during the target change. During the change a venting of Hadron Q1 was seen. Ed Folz et at. was called in and fixed the problem. The first attempt to fill the target failed and caused an ESR trip which in turn caused Hall=A and B to loose their magnets. Once the hall was closed we did ep measurements while waiting for the dipole fields to set. At 11:30 we started take 4He data.
