Looked at T5 stability for thcm-25 deg data. I have now decided that Bob
is correct and the variation we see is just the trivial i^2 dependence of
the random's. The current correlation can be "hidden" if the beam is unstable.
This is because the ius3 used in the plot will cease to be representative of the true average conditions. Note: this only effects the x-axis, on the Y axis (T5 rate)/ius3 is always just (total T5's) /charge which is OK.
