    Beginning of Run 1512 (02:49) it was noticed that the electron arm VDC HVs read 0. Meekins' attempted to reboot by pushing the green "electron arm VDC HV" buttons in the middle room. Didn't work. Attempted to fix the problem through the vax terminal. Maybe it worked.

    03:32 Can't fix problem from here. Asked for access to reset these HVs.

    04:20 Problem still not fixed. Calling Bogdan for help. His suggestion:
    ...............Set E_top and E_btm VDC HVs to 0
    ...............The readings turned green
    ...............Push green "electron arm VDC HV" buttons for 10 sec, simultaneously
    ...............Try setting one of the E_top or E_btm VDC HVs to 0.500
    ...............Still didn't work.
    ...............Try it all again.
    ...............Didn't work again.

    05:01 No help. Bogdan is coming in.
    05:31 Bogdan can't fix it. Determined the VME controlling HV and threshold on VDC in Earm is not working. Now time to call Javier (who is out of town). Paged Jack Segal.
