We changed transformer M4 in Q3's power supply at 8:00 P.M. It seems to have lowered the quench signal, but we don't know if this fixed the problem yet. Time will tell. Transformer M4 is a 16V transformer which fixes OVDC reference on the quench protection board. OV is not grounded to earth anywhere - only the center tap of M4 floating at earth potential determines 0V.
