prescale factor for T3 lowered from 3800 to 1300; significantly fewer T3s
than other singles. Rikki just checked and ps factor has been as low as
500 recently. Too many "sames" in logbook. Oops ... actually PS factor
was not changed for 2305 - file was not saved.
